From Wikipedia: The term Ideagora refers to a place on the internet where large numbers of people and/or businesses gather to exchange ideas and solutions. The term was coined by Don Tapscott and Anthony D. Williams in Wikinomics: How Mass Collaboration Changes Everything and originates from the ancient Greek word agora. An agora was an open "place of assembly" in an ancient Greek city-state where trade occurred. It has also been described as the political heart of Athens from 600BC.

We love this concept! In spite of our "official" position as a marketing communications know-it-all, we gain valuable insight and learn quite a bit from our customers, colleagues, and friends every day. Understanding the value of this form for open discourse and distributed thinking, we invite all our site visitors to submit questions, comments and subjects for threaded discussion. As most of our visitors are interested in issues concerning marketing, advertising, etc., we ask that you focus your questions, answers, solutions and elucidative comments appropriately. Our loosely moderated blog is designed to act as a corkboard of ideas and comments with regard to a common interest - in this case marketing communications.
